Dear Internet User, below you can find some of my projects. Ranging from a gokart to a financial literacy research, these projects are a true display of my interests.

3D Printed BLDC Motor
This is a homemade brushless DC motor. It spins as a result of the electromagnetic forces established between the magnets and the coils within the motor.
Motive
To see the relationship between the efficiency of the motor and its rotational speed.
Build Process
I used copper wires, filaments for 3D printing, 8 neomidium magnets, an ESC and a battery setup, and a controller and receiver. For the winding of the motor, I have used the BLDC motor calculator from a website called “Bavaria Direct”.
Prototyping
I have built many prototypes in order to achieve a working motor. It took 3 different rotors and 3 different stators to achieve the desired result.
Testing
Through testing the motor at various rotational speeds and checking the voltage drop, I determined the relationship between rotational speed and efficiency to be -0.00483 percentages per each 2 Pi radian/ min increase in the angular velocity.

BLDC Motor - High Speed Testing
Gokart Design and Build
This is a gokart with a 7 horsepower gasoline engine. I have designed this gokart at the beginning of summer 2024 and have been working on building it ever since. Currently, the chassis is complete, along with the rear axle.
Design
I designed the go kart at the beginning of summer 2024. Over the summer I have worked on the chassis and acquired all the off the shelf parts needed.
Build
After designing the chassis, with the help of some metal workers, I was able to weld the chassis and paint it.
Future Plans
Over the course of next couple of months I will be finishing the gokart. After the application period I plan on putting an electric propulsion system with a kinetic energy recovery capability into the kart. I will be using this project as a platform to improve my understanding of using electrical and mechanical systems in unison.
Biodiesel Research
This project aims to make biodiesel out of marine mucilage. Up to this stage, we have made biodiesel out of waste cooking oils. As marine mucilage has disappeared from the Marmara Sea over the course of the research, we were unable to conclude whether it is viable to make biodiesel out of marine mucilage.
Test Setup
Using the biodiesel made out of waste cooking oils, we have experimented using a test setup that we have built consisting of a diesel engine, an Ammeter, a Voltmeter and an electric motor.
Future Plans
As the initial Aim of the Project was to make biodiesel from something that essentially was a harmful algal bloom, we would like to honor that aim and experiment with marine mucilage when it comes back to the Marmara Sea when the see temperatures get high enough — perhaps next summer.
Fuel Testing
Fine Arts Festival
Fine Arts Festival (FAF) is the biggest and oldest highschool festival in Turkey. It is one of the greatest traditions of Robert College. As the president of the Robert College Student Council, I've had the pleasure of being the head organizer of this festival.
Organization
Each year at FAF we host 2 professional and 10+ amateur music groups. For this reason, we need a budget of 50,000 dollars. This is why we invite many sponsors every year.
Sponsors
This year we had 13 sponsors with the most prominent one being FIAT. They also brought in a car for students to test out.
Participation
With over 1500 people joining, FAF 2024 was one of the most successful FAF's. I pride myself and the student council for being able to pull off an operation of this size.
Financial Literacy Research
This research aims to analyze the solutions that other governments employ and create a proposal on how to apply these methods to Turkey to improve the financial literacy of the youth.

Roles & Success
Through social media marketing and physical representation we were able to gain a significant customer base in a matter of months. I am concerned with the legal, financial and linguistics aspects of the program while my cofounder is concerned with the technical aspects.
